Note: If you are fundraising, please try to bring all funds that you have raised to walk headquarters before the event or to the Park Tavern on Friday September 27, 2007. It will help us avoid long lines and delays the morning of the event.

Contact Walk HQ to get a TEAM number. Reason- Some people wish to send a check to walk HQ to support a walker or team.  All sponsors must include your TEAM number or name on all donations for you to receive credit.
